100% customer service
After having my package lost /stolen in transit I made a hasty accusation suggesting that the sender didn't send my item at all, how wrong I was I let frustration cluod my judgment, Golden Crow where excellent and polite and understanding when they had every right not to be, sent me out a replacement straight away, with apologies when I should be the one apologising, brilliant company that has excellent customer service especially when dealing with idiots like myself and the product is excellent as well, I am humbled thank you Golden Crow, Amazing company..

Misleading title. Only 2 straws in pack
Misleading product description. I, like others on here received only 2 for this exorbitant price (thinking, as advertised that 5 would be delivered). Very disappointed and feel taken advantage of. DO NOT BE TAKEN IN BY LABELLING.

These water filters are good to keep on hand
I tested these myself and they work as expected. They’re lightweight, compact, and easy to keep in an emergency kit, vehicle, or backpack. The water flow is good, and I like that they’re reusable rather than single-use. I also appreciate the compatibility with different water containers, making them versatile for camping, travel, and emergency preparedness. Having five in the pack means I can keep extras on hand. Overall, a great addition to my emergency supplies.

A “must have” for emergency water purification!
After looking at who and where these straws were made, the tech specs, the rigorous testing they were put through, and evaluating so many others, we bought these. Haven’t had the need to use, but are keeping handy along with our other emergency supplies. We bought two, will perhaps buy more for gifts, and thought they would be great safety items to “have on hand - just in case!”
