I bought these HIGH5 Energy Gels to replenish electrolytes and get an instant boost of energy during long dancing sessions at electronic music festivals, and it was such a great choice! They taste delicious and kept me completely hydrated despite the intense heat and heavy sweating (of course, combined with plenty of water). The next morning, I didn't wake up with that awful, extreme thirst sensation you usually get. Plus, you feel a quick surge of energy right after taking one. Best of all, security lets them through at venue gates without any issues. These are now an absolute must-have in my festival packing list. Highly recommended!

Ideal for marathon and training often used by event itself

Love how runny they are, not gloopy like some other gels and these have given me the best energy boosts. However, they definitely taste salty and that makes them a bit hard to get them down. They're tolerable if you can take it down quickly, but hard to sip on during running, so I've resorted to having one of these just before the run starts and then during the run, taking the other HIGH5 gels without electrolytes cos they're just more pleasant to sip.

Excellent value for money with a decent shelf life on them. Depending on what type of running you are doing and how many you require per run they had many months on them before the expiry. Not too thick texture

Don’t take these lightly! They are super powerful and give you a mad boost. I got these whilst training for a half marathon, they give you an awesome kick and push you to go harder for longer. They taste much better than other bands I’ve tried. Great hydration and easy to open whilst running

They are exactly what they say. Purchased for a long run. Tastes horrible and the texture wasn’t great but they did the job. Didn’t cause any digestive issues.

These electrolyte gels are fantastic. I use them regularly whilst running long distance and I find them really easy to swallow and the taste is really nice, compared to others in the market. Would highly recommend!
