I had been using a similar sign without switchable open/closed sign. I thought having Open/Closed on there would be more clear because I have been sitting in the officebefore I opened and thought people were going to come into my shop sometimes. Seeing "Closed" seems to have helped with the confusion.There is magnets on the sign board, so the boards stay firmly when it goes up and down.It's also easy to set up and love the lettering provided. I can customize easily my business hours with the inclueded numbers.I would totally recommend this item to other owners!

It really does up the appearance of our store window. Very Good looking and neat design.The sign looks great and works perfect for our small, local business.I have used some other store sign products before, I probably can say that it's the best productI've ever bought.Pros : It is very clear to represented to customer on day time.Cons : Store that should be open until mid night, it is useless due to no light system.

Waste of money. the letters didn't stay in place. Expensive for what it was. I should have returned it, but I threw it out.

We ordered this POS sign twice and both times it was defective. It was chipped both times. I returned it and ordered another one but due to our erratic schedule we did not double check the new one that came in to see if it was defective - I just opened it today and it was indeed also chipped. It is too late to return it and now I'm just frustrated that they would allow such crap to be shipped out.

I'm opening a coffee shop in the historic building where is currently renovating.I ordered this sign and was so happy with my purchase.It has the exact handsome look I needed - very impressed with the quality!I like the texture and material of this wooden-made sign board. The quality is better than I expected.The numbers are enough to change and the edge of all numbers is fine and great.

Works pretty well, looks like you would expect. We have to mount ours to our front door and while the sign cups work great for attachment.Sign is very different and everyone who comes in our small shop loves it. We've even have people come because of our sign just to say they love the sign.

I needed something to hang in the window and allow easy changes to my business hours (seasonally).This is the best sign at this price point. It looks clean and simple, is easy to read, and does exactly what I need.All my clients love that they now dont have to guess what hours I will be here. I like that I can change the hours listed if needed. The included suction cups does hold very well.Switchable Open/Closed Function is really useful when it comes to have a break time.
