Hunter Fan Capacitor Replacement
Identified the microfarad (uF) specification on the original capacitor for my Hunter ceiling fan and then matched it to this one (CBB61 5uF+5uF 4-Wire). Colored wires even matched the original. Now the fan is working again! Sorry, I don't know the model number of the Hunter fan but regardless, you should match the volts, and microfarad specifications exactly to the capacitor you are replacing.

The capacitor went bad in one of the fans shortly after purchasing a home. I replaced the switch and capacitor (with this one), and we were good to go.

It works!
Good capacitor to repair my ceiling fan that shorted and went into high-speed mode. Works great. My only reason for not giving it 5-stars is that the laser printing on the side is so light that it's nearly invisible. Good thing the wiring color codes matched. So if your fan is running at high speed and won't slow down. This is the most likely cause. This new capacitor tested perfect for value (5 Mfd.) and ESR (Equivalent Series Resistance). So I'm confident that it's a quality part.
