With the proper adapter the display will work. You will need a USB-C to thunderbolt 2 adapter. Will also work with a thunderbolt 2 to USB-C cable when connecting the T2 on the iMac and the USB-C on the mini.

Can I use two of these monitors and connect both to a Mac Studio M2 Ultra?

Hi the answer is a struggle but here it is.

Adapters needed: 
1. Apple USB-C to thunderbolt 2 adapter MMEL2AM/A ( buy the original apple adapter ) 
2. Apple thunderbolt cable MD861ll/a ( buy the original cable )

The struggle: 
If the built in cable that comes with the display does not automatically connect your display via the USB-C adapter (MMEL2AM/A), then you must connect the thunderbolt cable (MD861ll/a) to the rear thunderbolt port on the back of the display, followed by connecting the other end of the thunderbolt cable to the USB-C adapter connected to you laptop. You should be able to then chain link both monitor to one another or connect a separate monitor to your Mac with the same setup and the first monitor.

I got the display to work but can't get the USBs, speakers or webcam to work?

This will depend on the arrangement you have set under system preferences and if weather or not you are using an adapter in between the connection to the monitor. I am assuming you are using an Apple laptop. If you are using a windows laptop there will be additional drivers needed in order for the monitor to function properly.
