The machine works very well and produces professional-looking badges. I purchased the same model about a year ago, but it recently began printing very lightly. I decided to purchase this model again to determine whether the issue was simply an isolated defect. So far, the new machine has performed as expected. In the meantime, I am sending the original unit back for repairs

Disappointed with Evolis Primacy 2 - False Advertising!
I purchased the Evolis Primacy 2 printing machine with high hopes after seeing the impeccably printed cards showcased in Amazon's previews and ads. However, the reality fell far short of expectations. The machine consistently produces cards with lettering that exhibits shadows and a frustrating double-vision effect. It's a far cry from the clear and crisp prints boasted about in the advertisements. The quality of the output is simply unacceptable. This discrepancy between the advertised perfection and the actual performance is not just disappointing but also a waste of hard-earned money. The machine fails to deliver on its primary promise of delivering professional-grade prints. Overall, the Evolis Primacy 2 printing machine has been a huge letdown. It's a product that promises the world but fails to deliver even a fraction of what's advertised. Definitely not worth the investment based on the quality it delivers."
