I bought the set of 2 queen pillows to replace my down pillow that has gotten too flat over time. Nice unboxing experience with nicely designed branded package. It takes a little work to fluff the very flat vacuum sealed pillows, but a *warm* dryer with dryer balls for about 1/2 hour works well. In the set I bought, each pillow came with a padded cover + 2 pillow inserts. The combined pillow with both inserts looks super plump and fluffy, yet has a great softness and "give". I prefer squishy, down pillows that are on the thin side so was skeptical about this big fat pillow, but decided to start with the whole set the first night and then remove one insert if needed. I have an impossible time sleeping on almost every kind of pillow and bring my own with me when I travel, so it came as a surprise to me that I got a *great* nights sleep. Perfectly comfortable, no shifting during the night and repositioning my pillow, no hot head and no more waking in the morning with a headache and sore neck. I love it! So far, worth every penny and then some (and I hate spending $ on stuff like this). Hopefully holds up to use over time and washing.

Love the flexibility of these pillows. Inserts allow you to find your own comfort level. I have some expensive down pillows and I can't tell the difference between the two. Great for someone who likes the feel of down without possible allergan of the down material.

I've had this pillow for about 7 months. This pillow is soft, supportive and comfortable, but keeping it that way can be a pain. I love that it has multiple inserts. After a few nights of sleeping on the Sleepgram I found it would go flat or the stuffing would shift away from my head. Fluffing it in the dryer fixes the issue, but doing this every few days grew to be annoying. It's hard to explain, this pillow is supportive but can somehow be flimsy at the same time. The Sleepgram is still one of the better pillows I've tried, and I've tried a lot. It has somewhat helped with my neck pain. I currently have one of the inserts inside a similar, sturdier pillow and it is lovely. Definitely worth a try.

Love this pillow. My parents have them in their house and I had to immediately buy one for myself. I have been waking up with less neck stiffness and I think it's perfect balance of firmness.

Bought the King 2 pack and didn't realize that the filling was different vs. the King Single - memory foam in the 2 pack vs. microfiber in the 1 pack! WHY would they do this? I don't care for the memory foam filling - I used the Queen microfiber at my daughter's house and liked it so I bought the King and am finding I don't like the filler as much since it's different (memory foam which I never like!). Plan to try to return these but I no longer have the box it came in as I just looked into why they aren't as comfortable as the ones my daughter has and found they are different fillers. UPDATE: Returned the Memory Foam pillows and got the microfiber because I liked the ones my daughter has, but after sleeping on the King microfiber pillows I find them uncomfortable. They seem really fluffy until you lay on them and then they feel hard - stuffing shifts to above your head. Not worth the money in my opinion (either memory foam or microfiber) but I'll keep them for when my daughter visits as she likes them (but uses a Queen which are possibly a little more comfortable for some reason.

I love this pillow. I was visiting my son who had recently moved in and his pillows were too hard for me. I have special order everything at home (difficulty sleeping for both my husband and I). Given short time period I decided to try something different. Wow - I slept incredibly. I love how it’s designed allowing for “configuring” to comfort and firmness. The quality seems great for the price. Going to order it for my home too!

I did not like this pillow as, I felt uncomfortable while sleeping. While placing the order it was indicated that we may return the product any time within 100 days from the date of delivery. But I found that you have closed the return window on 30th day itself. This not as promised by you. Kindly review and permit me to return the product.

I've spent a lot of money trying to find the right pillow, finally I have it and the best thing about this pillow is that you can change it to your preference of comfort.
