PAVOI Dainty Flat Back Earrings for Women, 14K Gold Plated CZ Stud Piercing

I was am happy with these earrings. I have been looking for some for the top hole and I had bought some other flat bags before that did not stay. These are attractive. The flat backs have not unscrewed.

Was looking for the perfect earring for my cartilage piercing and this was great. I like a tiny earring for my piercing not too showy so this was perfect. Adds a nice little sparkle.

Very cute and they feel well made but the posts are a bit too long and the movement that the long posts allows is painful after a just short time.

I have super sensitive ears and this is the only brand other than surgical steel earrings that won’t irritate my ears. The flat/screw on back is great but I have a couple pairs of these and I wear both pairs all the time, never take them out, and suddenly one fell out the other day and now that one comes unscrewed super easy and falls out. Luckily I’ve been able to find both pieces every time it comes unscrewed but I feel like my luck is gonna run out soon and I’m gonna lose it for good. That’s the only reason I gave it 4 instead of 5 stars!

Go to earrings! My daughter wears these on repeat. They hold up well and are comfortable even to sleep in

I bought a few different variations of these, and I am impressed. I usually have allergic reactions even to some silver-plated jewelry, but I’ve had zero issues with these. They are very high quality and don't irritate my skin at all. The flat back is also very comfortable for daily wear. I will definitely be a repeat customer for this brand. Highly recommended for sensitive ears!

Awful and not for sensitive ears. First of all, I could barely fit it into my cartilage hole and it seemed larger than normal gauge earrings. Then to try to get the back on was a nightmare. After two hours of wearing it my ear was red and swollen and achy so I decided to take it out and my hole was dripping blood! I’ve had this piercing for 25 years with zero issues before!

I really love these PAVOI earrings! They’re super dainty and perfect for everyday wear. There is a bit of a learning curve when it comes to screwing on the backs, but once you get the hang of it, they feel really secure. My favorite part is the flat-back design — I can sleep on my side without getting poked or uncomfortable. Overall, stylish, comfortable, and great quality!

These are really unique little earrings and very comfortable to wear.

I like the style and they sparkle perfectly, only thing is I wish the backs had more you groove so I could twist them slightly tighter

Lovely earrings but the stem is quite long for my earlobes.
