Double Spiced Falernum Syrup

Tippleman's Double Falernum is honestly one of the best syrups I have ever bought. I first grabbed it to use in a tropical tiki punch as it was recommended by name in the recipe. In comparison to other falernums I've tried it made the punch brighter and way more complex layered than a syrup should. The spices come through without being too strong, and it mixes super easy. I also tried it in a Corn and Oil, and it was perfect. The rich spice and little hint of sweetness balanced out the rum so nicely. It made the drink taste like something you would get at a little cozy tiki spot. Lately I have been working on a homemade Velvet Falernum style clone using my own spiced rum and this syrup as the base. Tests sob far? Amazing. I think falernum is one of those magical ratios of the standard tiki ingredients that hits every time. This is a great product, and I hear I got gifted another bottle... so excited!

Excellent flavor! We really enjoyed this flavor making our favorite mixed drink (Saturn cocktail). We've also found it a great additive to sparkling water. Though there is some sugar it isn't an overwhelming flavor. Will buy this brand again.

As another reviewer has previously stated, the flavor of clove is dominant, but I find it not unpleasant or too sweet. I tasted it straight and mixed it with water to come to this conclusion. In a tiki cocktail, it can add some necessary spice without overpowering strong citrus or rum flavors.

I used sparkling water and this was a 10/10! I love knowing the ingredients at 10x better than regular soda. I’ve also heard this is great with nausea. Tastes great.

It's perfect for making Penicillin, a cocktail with 2 oz. Monkey Shoulder, 1 oz. Tippleman's, 1 oz. lemon juice, and a splash of Laphroaig Islay scotch, and ice. Very soothing for a sore throat.

Not sure how I missed it, but there is no Kola Nut in the ingredients It tastes like honey with some citrus and not in a good way. They should not be allowed to call it "Cola Syrup", Waste of money

Delicious cola syrup, thank you! I add a tiny amount to carbonated water to give it some taste.
