I love this life jacket. It fits true to size, and my little wore it every summer for a few years now. It fits well and stays on securely. The quality is great, and the buckles are strong. At the end of every summer, I wash it, let it air dry for a few days, and store it in a plastic bin in my garage with our other life vests. It has never had any mold or bad smell. It's not bulky, my daughter never complained about wearing it. This life jacket is worth the price, and I highly recommend it.

This life jacket fits my 30lb toddler perfect. With a little room to grow. It must be comfortable cause she didn’t want to take it off and the last one i ordered she couldn’t wait to get it off, But to be honest I do not see it fitting more than a 40 lb toddler so definitely don’t think it will be fitting a 55 lb toddler it should be more like 30-40 lbs.

Great quality, looks very safe, I love that there’s a strap that buckles between the legs and that it has the head rest as well. I did have to return mine though.. I wish I bought the 20-30 pound AND the next size up to try on. I have a 28 pound 33 inch tall toddler. Anything I googled said to buy the 20-30 pound life jacket to ensure safety and best fit. I loosened all of the straps as loose as they could go, I put it on him and it was SO tight. He immediately fussed, couldn’t sit down, it pushed him into a lying down position on the couch. I knew it would be a miserable time on the boat if we went with this on. We are going to stop by Dicks or REI on the way to try some on in the store. If your toddler is towards the higher end of the weight limit, get this and the next size up to try on, return whichever one doesn’t fit. (All toddlers are different shapes and sizes, this may fit a different 28 pound toddler just fine) Other than the weight description, this is a really good quality life jacket!

It's hard to find infant life jackets that are life guard approved and fit appropriately for your toddler that's under 30lbs. My daughter's weight is 21 pounds and she is 15 months old and fits her perfectly! It's a really great design, we've gotten lots of compliments on the best. Not only does it look great, but the quality is top notch and it's safe. It dried very quickly and it was easy to use. We have taken her to the lake multiple times and even in our pool to get used to having it on and it works great! It was exactly what we were looking for and it did not disappoint. The value that you get for the price was worth it! Highly recommend!

This life jacket is awesome. It’s bright and easy to see. It’s secure around the baby. We have a 20 month old, approximately 21 lbs and it fit her perfectly. The selling part for me is that it works! She toppled over in the splash pad and it immediately flipped her onto her back and supported her head so her face was above the water. It turned her over so fast, I wasn’t sure I saw it correctly. When it happened again, I was so impressed! It does exactly what it’s supposed to do. I completely recommend.

Purchased for my son who is 50lbs and fit great! I had purchased 2 other life vests that were way too big. I was looking for something that was USCG approved.
