Just as Good! Smaller than expected.
Anti cough medicine with mucous thinner. Just as good as any of the name brands, and other generics (I've tried several). Works well. This is a FOUR HOUR ( to six hour) medicine, it is NOT the TWELVE hour. I was very surprised that these are the smallest version of this combination medicine that I've come across so far. I was worried that they put the wrong item in the bottle! But, it does seem to be the correct medicine, after having taken it. Price is better than any store generic - at the time of review. Also, at the time of this review, this may be subject to change as generics tend to change ingredients often, but, at the time of this review, this product does not contain lactose, and to the best of my knowledge, not gluten either (and I have not reacted badly to it at all - allergic/intolerant of both). Update. Due to the frequent issue of generics changing ingredients, (and as I noticed the picture of the ingredients no longer seems to be on the listing), I just wanted to mention that as of May 2026, the bottles of this I have received still do not have lactose (or gluten as far as I've been able to tell from not reacting to it). Obviously still ask seller if you have questions and concerns over possible ingredients, as these can change without any notice. I just wanted to mention since this is a frequent issue my family has had finding certain products we can use, that as of currently this has still been safe for us in regards to those particular allergies.

Fantastic Medication. I have done multiple nasal rinses with NeilMed, that was a terrific experience, now this stuff is fantastic for the lungs and throat area... I believe it works on melting mucus. Without the irritation. Just amazing stuff give it a shot! Drink lots and lots of water, not beer? 😁
