These meal prep bowls are great for advanced meal prep and/or freezing leftovers. They are the perfect size for storing meal servings for two persons. I have used them to freeze, defrost, and microwave leftovers and advanced prep meals. I will usually not use the lid in the microwave, and wash the containers on the top shelf of the dishwasher. The lids seal well, no drips, and are easy to open when needed. The bulk supply makes ordering these bowls a great value for the money. The storage bowls are durable for repeated use and last a long time. I highly recommend these storage bowls for advanced meal prepping and storing leftovers.

Exactly what I was looking for. Ziploc used to make a medium size bowl that my dog's patties fit perfectly in. They do not make them anymore, this works great.They are a little thin, so don't get crazy if you are cutting items in there. They are a good price, dishwasher safe and leakproof (if you don't cut the bottom).

The bowls are of a decent quality.But I knocked off a star because it took them ten days to get them to me. Being delivered to amazon, that should not happen.
