I got this headset for my wife as she primarily works from home but is on meetings throughout the day. I have a similar one that I've been using for sometime and thought to get her one. She was pleasantly surprised at how well the headset sits in her ear and the ear loop makes it very comfortable while staying snug in place. My wife averages about 6 hours of calls throughout the day and to our amazement, this headset was still going strong, even on days when she had more meetings. Since getting it, she does periodically plug it in for charging between meetings but I think that the unit can easily handle a days worth of calls. The headset is Bluetooth connected to her laptop, which was very easy. We have not yet hooked it up to her cell phone but will in the near future. Highly recommended headset! Would make a great Xmas gift!!!

This headset works great. Excellent quality. Easy setup. The sound quality, both speaking and listening, is fantastic. Even better than my old wired boom headset. Very light and comfortable. The combination charging/carrying case is a bonus feature.

Incoming and outgoing calls are clear, speaker is great, easy to use. The earpiece isn't the most comfortable but headphones always fit me a little weird so it may just be my anatomy. Earpiece and mic are adjustable, though the mic adjustment is a little awkward to use. Overall great product for the price, functions as needed.

Worked very good, fit into ear perfectly. For about 2 months. Cannot turn it on, when cell shows connected can't hear anything. If you only need for a couple weeks, try it. Now I have to find yet another unit!

But, it was not simple for me (more below) But first, the pros for this headset are not insignificant. 1) the sound is very decent for me; for the call recipient, voice is clear and strong; 2) the headset fits snugly in the ear with the earpiece that was on the headset; 3) functionality appears to be as stated; 4) easy to connect (once charged) Now, the issues I faced (which may or may not affect everyone). 1) instructions are weak; 2) instructions imply that the headset is ready to use out of the box. it may not be. I could power on and power off, but could not get the headset to connect to the phone until after I plugged the case into power. the case showed 100%, then 99%, then 95% before I plugged it into power 3) ear hook is very tight to turn around the touch button. this may or may not be an issue for anyone else, but with my weak fingers, not easily done and easy to feel like I might be breaking it. note that the other rotation is loose (I noticed one reviewer actually pulled out the hook) 4) not a fan of touch enabled buttons because I cannot tell if the headset mistook a touch or not. I figured out that a 2s touch does turn the headset on, but it's more like a 5s touch/hold to power off. 1 touch did redial and 1 touch while in the call will cancel the call. At first, I could not get access to Siri even though I kept trying... all I would get is "connected" or "call canceled", repeatedly. I have messy hair, so keeping hair away from the touch button is not easy. hair and/or touch tap counts may have been the culprits for not being able to access Siri, but, either way, it was not happening. After numerous attempts, I finally got the headset to connect with Siri with 3 taps. not sure what it was, but accessing Siri is not as easy as I would need in order to use while driving. I returned the headset as I do not want to be focusing on trying to call someone while driving.

so far these have been surprisingly excellent-no complaints they seem to work as promised delivering on what appears to be a great product at a great price. i would highly recommend keep in mind i just got them and this is only a few days of use but so far its a total thumbs up!

It's exactly what I was needing, I don't like the ones that go in your ears so this one is perfect. Good sound quality, and battery life. The charging case it come with is awesome and if you ever forget it you can charge the earpiece with your type c charger :) Only downside is I've had a few people said it was picking up all the background noise. Aside from that I love it!

Got this one to replace on I lost. Works great. I can even use it in my convertible with the top down. Love the charging case so it is always ready to go. Update 5/16/23 - All controls on the headset have stopped working. When I take it out of the case it will connect and then power off about half of the time. I then have to put it back in and pull it back out until it stays connected. Looking for a new one...
