Rayovac Hearing Aid Battery, Size 312 (60 Batteries)

I have worn hearing aids for 40+ years. Batteries have come a long way since the huge ones once needed. I order these rayovac about every 9 months. More than enough batteries and the price cant be beat. Most drug store batteries are about the same price but you only get 8 batteries. Here I get 60 for the same price. Failure rates are rare and about the same as the drug store bands. Well worth the cost. SInce you can get a lot you can keep them everywhere.

These last at least a week. Can change them on schedule. Need to use scissors to get them out of the card is a nuisance.

As other reviewers have reported, I have also experienced a great deal of difficulty trying to extract hearing aid batteries from their Rayovac packaging. It is understandable to make it more difficult for children to remove hearing aid batteries from their packaging to avoid the dangers of swallowing them. However, according to my audiologist, the revised packaging has increased the probability of children swallowing hearing aid batteries. Why? When seniors try the difficult task of removing the batteries from their packaging using a scissors, it increases the chances of the battery flying out, landing on the floor, and a grandchild present grabbing and swallowing the battery. In an effort to make the packaging safe for children, hearing aid companies seem to have forgotten that their primary market is seniors. When seniors are driving an automobile, and the battery goes out, are they supposed to pull over and try to open them with a scissors, assuming they even have a scissors. And when seniors are traveling on a plane and the battery goes out, are seniors supposed to carry a sharp scissors with them in violation of TSA regulations? Hopefully, the designers of hearing aid battery packaging will think about not only children, but also seniors, who are their primary market.

Please don't waste your money on Duracell or other brands of hearing aid batteries. The RayOVac batteries last longer than the others by far. Not only that, they are consistent in how long they last. The other will quit sometimes after only 2 or 3 days I have Siemens and Opticon hearing aids and they work great in both brands.

También es importante que se envían con una fecha de caducidad más que suficiente para gastarlas con tranquilidad con su máxima calidad. Activación en 1 minuto Para activar la pila basta con remover la tapa selladora y dejar reposar un minuto antes de introducirla en tu audífono. ¿Por qué? Se debe dejar reposar ya que el aire tiene que entrar en la pila a través de las perforaciones que quedan al descubierto una vez remueves la tapa. Al no dejar reposar, limitas la cantidad de aire que entra en la pila. Esto podría hacer que la pila no funcionara ya que no habría un voltaje suficiente para poner en marcha el dispositivo. Si pasara esto, retira la pila, déjala reposar un minuto para que entre aire y colócala de nuevo en el audífono.

The batteries are are better than others I ha e used and are also cheaper.
