I’ve been using this hot and cold ice pack and overall it is a useful product for everyday pain relief and muscle soreness. The cold therapy works well and the pack is flexible and easy to place on areas like the knee, shoulder or back. It is also convenient that the same pack can be reused. The quality feels decent for the price, although I feel the durability could be better. I would also recommend following the heating instructions carefully rather than overheating it. Overall, a practical product to keep at home, especially for occasional cold therapy. Good value for money, but don’t expect premium-level durability.

I recently picked up this Boldfit Hot/Cold Pack, and it has quickly become a staple in my home first-aid kit. Whether you’re dealing with a sudden sports injury or just general muscle soreness, this pack is incredibly versatile. What I Liked: Dual-Purpose: The fact that it works for both heat and cold therapy is its biggest strength. It heats up quickly in the microwave for soothing stiff muscles and freezes well for reducing swelling. Ideal Size: The "Medium" size is the perfect middle ground. It’s large enough to cover a knee, shoulder, or lower back, but compact enough to be portable for travel. Durability: The gel stays flexible even when frozen, so it contours easily to different body parts. The outer material feels thick and high-quality, giving me confidence that it won't leak over time. Reusable & Eco-friendly: Much better than one-time-use patches; you just pop it back in the freezer or drawer after use. Pro Tip: Always follow the instructions on the back! Using a towel or a wrap between the pack and your skin is a must to prevent any temperature burns, especially since this pack holds its temperature for a good amount of time.

For instant re leaving from pain use cold or for long term use hot I used both. The heat is very hot please don’t take this lightly.

Good product but don’t expect for it to last too long. Few months n the gel started to come out.

One of the very best buys!!!!!! I use the cold gel version only. Can store it in the freezer indefinitely but had to buy more cos of frequent use. Very useful for high-performance sports enthusiasts. I wonder if such a collection exists to support high-performance sports.

Initially felt like a good product, but both packs leaked after a couple of months of usage. I would not recommend buying them unless their quality improves.
