Sturdy, quality audio, captures audio in both directions
This cable works perfectly, and I was pleasantly surprised that it lets you hear audio from both sources that you're plugged into rather than just transmitting microphone audio if you're using a headset! Doesn't reduce audio quality at all, and it's very long for convenience! Seems to be a solid, sturdy cable as well, not the type to break quickly. Perfect for wired headsets.

Didn’t mean to purchase but!!
I thought I was buying the Elgato chat link cable but accidentally bought this one instead. I will admit this one works just fine. I haven’t any problems with it and it’s been 6 months now.

Plug and play? Nope
I mean, I could be dumb but....... I plugged in in the way it says to online and it DID not bring the party chat in.

Quality is terrible
Streamed with the cord, audio whole time was terrible. The part connected to the headset was fine but the output audio just broke.
