Amazing all around, battery, comfort, durability, sound quality
Sound quality is amazing, easy to control volume to change the in game sound and chat in game, as well as master volume, to create a more immersive experience. Can’t hear your team over that helicopter flying by? Turn up the voice chat. Is everything too loud and you can’t really hear those foot steps? Turn the master volume down and turn up the in game sound. What made me give comfort a 4 instead of a 5 is mostly because I have locked hair, and if I wear my hair back it presses against a few locks and feels like it’s digging in. And because I have gauges on my ears that I have to take out if I want the war pieces to sit over my ear. The grooves for glasses in it are amazing, and the comfort issue is easily fixed by having a different hair style while I wear them. I waited to write the review because I wanted to fully test them, the hinges on the ear pieces felt like they would be an issue, but they have not. Works perfectly fine. Good range, good quality and amazing price for what it is. Retractable boom mic for keeping it out your face if your just listening. Mute button for the mic is easy to access for the rage moments. The charge on them is amazing, I game 40 hours in a week basically and only charge them twice maybe. I would recommend these for anyone looking to get quality headphones without spending thousands.

WOW! And you wouldn’t think so by the price!
(Using on PS4) I went through PS4 Platinum, TB600, TB700, then finally these. TBs constantly drop, smoosh my ears, and that super hearing is a joke. All it is, is max treble no bass or mid. All of these headsets are cheap but not in price.I went with the thresher because their controller impressed me. The sound on these is amazing. It blows the rest of these away, super comfortable, excellent range, they never drop while walking around, all around awesome for the money. They sit nice on your neck when you want to drop them off for a minute. The controls are a bit funky. Two dials rotate but also depress for multiple functions. Quick press for this, long press for that, then tones in your headset tell you if it is off or on and it’s hard to tell what is what. It is a bit difficult to manage but I can’t ding em for it after what I went through with the last 3 pairs. These are a great headset, and I am still able to set em up quickly the way I like.Optical cable included and the surround sound is legit. Very happy. Finally

... these on ps4 so i cant say to how good they are for console use
First im gonna say im a pc gamer and do not use these on ps4 so i cant say to how good they are for console use. im gonna break this into parts:First introduction:The packaging for the thresher is very nice like most of razers new offerings its a solid box packed with formed foam around the product. the headphones are mostly plastic with a matte black finish like your use to from razer but with a nice aluminum band around the head band.Set up:they are pretty much plug and play with a pc user. you just insert the usb dongle and then connect the optical cable from the dongle to your optical out port. there are more steps on console so refer to your set up guide for that info.First use:after charging them i went to use them for the first time and they are incredibly comfortable. the suspended headband should fit most head sizes without squeezing your head. i had this issue with previous kraken models and made it hard to wear them for long sessions. the band is still simple however with no cushion, i wish razer would put memory foam here for extra comfort. as for connection to the usb dongle, it was very hit and miss at first and would lose connection a lot. i chalked this up to wifi interference on the 2.4 ghz band because after a while it fixed itself. most likely do to the signals establishing their areas in my house.Sound:they sound amazing, there is no option to adjust noise levels for extra base as well as a lack of presets which is unfortunate but the stereo sound is still phenomenal. dolby surround should really only be enabled for games that require more directional sound as it pushes the sound stage out and makes voices echo a bit. its not bad but for videos and music just stick to stereo sound.Mic: the mic is decent for a headset mic, a studio mic would still sound better but its good for chatting in game for your typical gamer. i am happy to report it does in fact have mic monitoring unlike previous reviewers have stated. in the instruction manual it states to enable it you press and hold the mic volume button until it beeps.

Best headphone. Replacement for my Man O War. Use for my PC and Phone. YES! Phone!
The media could not be loaded. Lemme just say that I love this headphones so much! Great replacement for that lousy Razer Man O War plastic that broke so easily. Both the wired and wireless I had broke and wasted my money on them for such a cheap material. But this Thresher feels solid, metal, comfortable to use. Almost the same as Man O War sound but also different design and they sound slightly improved to the Man O War. The design is solid, mix is pretty ok, sound is outstanding. Now I'm a PC gamer and it was easy to install this in. It was just plug and play and your ready to go. This usually last me about 10 to 11:30 hours from full charge to use so they last longer than the Man O War which is only 4 to 5 hours. And I use this for my phone also. YES! My PHONE! Check my photo and video for phone. The same thing I used my Wireless Man O War for my phone. So listening to music on the go is great. Tho the receiver can get annoying and have to be carefully not to bend it not like the Man O Wars receiver which is shorter. Sound is great, never been so good at Pubg, now no peeps can sneak up on me. Great product Razer! But I do recommend one thing! Razer could have made a PC version of the Thresher, this time Chroma lighting since people love those stuff such as me. Tho I WANT it but I don't NEED so long as the money us there. The USB cavle tho has a green accent like as if its for Xbox version, could have made it blue accent tho. So now you people looking at my review and and photos and video about this working at the Phone, your welcome. Lol. And Razer said this is only for PS4 and PC? Pffffftt it's for phones too I tell you! X3 hehehe.
