Used the saucepan and stock pot for the 1st time and the lids steam up so bad you cant see how the food is cooking. Is anyone else having this issue?

The saucepan might fog up sometimes, but the stock pot does not, line up the vents on the stock pot lid at the pouring spout and it will not fog up.

Does the new Aquashield set have a single layer or double layer coating?
