What is the Difference between queen and heavy weight queen?

The weight of queen size is around 46.12oz, and the heavy one is around 73.79oz.

Is this really fluffy?

It really depends on which one you buy. I bought the heavy weight queen which is soft and fluffy. The heavy weight ones have much more fill than those that are not heavy weight. Previous answers to your question likely referenced the standard fill. If you prefer a comforter that is fluffy and soft, I recommend you get the heavy weight one.

Are the squares sewn through where the filler cannot shift out of one pocket to another?

I bought the heavyweight queen comforter and have had it on my be for almost 6 months. I have it under a weighted blanket and it still has not lost any of the loft nor has the fill shifted at all. The pockets are sewn all around so fill in one section cannot shift to another section. The lightweight queen has much less fill, and so will not be quite so lofty or fluffy. I would really recommend the heavyweight queen if you enjoy soft and fluffy as I do.
