Great little boxes. Tough plastic.

Dewalt quality, works well. I was not surprised by size of this case as some reviewers were, but I already has several that came with sets of bits I have purchased. Very durable and strong case.

It all started when I bought a Dewalt drill set and thought, "Dang, this is a nice box. I'd really like to have some more." Then I bought a screw driver bit set and, again, wished I could buy more. Later I was searching for something else and, and in the search results, were these empty boxes! And they make even bigger ones! They stack, they interlock, you can buy inserts, and I was like a kid in a candy store. I've got two bigger boxes and a total of eight of these smaller boxes. Craftsman even sells small 1/4" wrench sets that come in these boxes! Woot! All my frequently used tools for around the house and shop are in these now and are grab 'n go. I'm happier than a seagull with a French fry.

I purchased 2 of these and received them the next day in good condition. I'm using these two for a small 1/4 drive tool kit. They're just under 6 inches from end to end. So far, in one I have 2 1/4 Makita impact socket sets (mm and sae), a small 1/4 SK ratchet, a 4 and 2 inch extention, 5 different adapters, a Sunnex pinned impact swivel, a few 1/4 hex bit sockets, and a small sliding t-handle. There's still a little room, so I plan to add a 4 or 5 inch breaker bar and a few extra "odd" sockets. The other box will be used for any other accessories like bits and/or extra sockets and adapters, maybe even some compact wrenches. The boxes do stack and lock together securely enough. They make for a great edc tool kit. I'm going to order at least 2 more in the next few days. I didn't give it 5 stars because there's no seal against water intrusion and the hinge is just part of the plastic on the top and bottom.

solid, good size, and stacks on my other boxes, grewat price to just throw in all my left over bits that dont have a case anymore
