After years of working with a variety of holsters, all with various deficiencies, this WallSkiN device is by far the best. Machined PERFECTLY for my Galaxy 7 Edge (not for the non-Edge Galaxy 7!), everything fits perfectly, tightly and securely. The initial removal of the rubber guard was done easily (starting where the openings are), and once ALL EIGHT arrows pointing to the tab releases were identified, the whole thing came apart nicely with a series of cliks. After the cell phone was inserted, the hard plastic case was closed with some considerable effort to get all the clips to snap in place, and after the rubber covering was re-installed around the cell phone, the device fit PERFECTLY into the included holster clip. I wish I had had one of these about 20 years ago!

I was specifically looking for a case that did NOT come with a built-in screen protector. In the past, with previous phone models, if the case came with a built-in screen protector I could just rip it out - you can never get all of the bubbles out from under those anyway. The problem I discovered is, with "edge" style phones, if you buy a case with an embedded screen protector and rip it out, it destroys the structural integrity of the case and the top frame slips around and just doesn't hold the case securely anymore. I found that out the hard way! I did a bit of searching to find this case - specifically one that does not have a built-in screen protector and yet still maintains the necessary structural integrity to hold the phone securely. This was a huge issue with me and I was thrilled to find a case style that had exactly what I wanted. I purchased this case a little over 3 months ago. I loved it out of the box but didn't want to post a great review of how awesome it looked, I wanted to post a review documenting the durability of the case. After all, that's the primary reason you're looking at a case, isn't it? I was really drawn to the color scheme. I'm not a fan of a plain black case and the red/white color scheme looked great in the ad and equally as good in person. I had a couple of questions that I sent directly to the seller. When I submitted it, I received the Amazon standard "Please allow 2 business days for WallDsgN to respond" message. I was shocked when I received my answer about an hour later. WallDsgN's customer service was above and beyond any expectations I've had for an Amazon seller. The case, 3 months later now, still looks great. Sure, it's a little dirtier than it was when I received it, but I still receive comments on what a sharp looking case it is. I've dropped my phone a few times from about waist height and the phone has survived them all literally untouched. This case has saved me probably hundreds of dollars in repair fees and/or replacement screens. I wouldn't hesitate to purchase another one but why would I? It's still working just as well as it did 3 months ago. The holster still holds it securely and locks the case in place with a satisfying 'click' and is easy to remove with a bit of pressure, pulling up on the locking clip. The fact that the holster rotates 360° is a pleasant bonus - especially when I'm playing Pokémon GO and want to use the battery save feature by angling the phone upside down while waiting for a vibration indicating a new Pokémon has appeared. I also liked the belt clip that locks into the "open" setting so it can be used as a tripod when I'm sharing videos with my kids or want to watch a movie while I'm having the rare quiet meal alone. All in all, I would not hesitate to recommend this case to anyone looking for a good looking, rock solid protective case and holster.

Good quality durable holds up in heavy duty surroundings

It feels durable, built like a knock off otterbox and protects the curved edges well too. I don't expect the dust protectors to last long - they always snap off, every case of this type, but that's okay for me. The important thing to keep in mind when putting this case on is to have something available to push the tabs in. A pushpin works fine for this. Don't try to pry it apart with your fingers, you're just going to hurt yourself and probably snap the case while you're at it. My only problem, and the reason I'm giving it 4 instead of 5 stars, is not all of the tabs will snap shut once the phone is inside. I managed to get all of them except one side tab which won't shut tightly. Not a huge deal with the silicone protector, but annoying because I know it's there. With a bit of struggling, I got the 3-Pack of CTREEY S7 Edge Screen Protector (Tempered glass) to fit with this case and the phone without losing sensitivity or access to the fingerprint scanner. Posting this here as it took quite a bit of searching to find a screen protector that would work.

Looks the exact way it does in the picture shown. Putting on is easy just follow the instructions given on the store page. This is my second phone case by this company and it is just as good as the last. The plastic is hard and lasts a long time due to its thickness and the rubber outer pieces last a long time too. Just treat this case with care and it will save your phone when it drops time and time again. Overall great product and the holster is good too a little more flimsy then expected so be wary of that, but it is definitely worth the price you pay for it.

Decently heavy duty phone case. Needed to use a flathead to undo the case's tabs to get it on. The rubber cover securing the power cord port was so stiff it put pressure on the cable when plugged in, so that had to be cut off. The outer hard case with the clip / kickstand is very, very stiff as well and I worried it put stress on the phone so it's no longer being used either.

This is the Best case I've ever owned for my Galaxy s7 Edge. I feel like its very protected now. Its a little difficult to get the case on. But once it's on you definitely will be glad you have it.One of my biggest concerns with this phone was the edge. There is now a bumper in place that protects those edges quite well. The The protection does come with a few caveats though. The charging and phone ports are harder to get to. The device is more bulky now as well. But its worth it to me.

Solid like a brick. Feels like a weapon. [Kindly, do not resort to violence.] Literally, you could beat someone into submission with this case. [Make My Day!] Great if you charge with a USB cord. Not meant to be installed and removed often. Don't buy for use with a magnetic charger. You must push the volume and on/off buttons deliberately. Small chance of accidentally turning the phone on. I bought this instead of others, because it had the largest pin I could see in an image of the belt clip. Not disappointed. Much tougher than I imagined. My previous two belt phone holders were delicate. I could not find a tough case then. The portion of the cases that clipped into the belt holder broke on both side of both cases, and with one the scrawny belt clip broke getting out of the car. If Dirty Harry [Clint Eastwood for you young'uns] had a cell phone in the seventies, this is what he would've carried.
