I think I went with this set because it had the most reviews and was at 4.5 stars. Hard to gauge Amazon reviews these days with bots (and people bots) as far as rating and reviews. Everything seem to work. Felt "normal" as far as quality. Had an issue with my Alligator clips. How could this of happened? Nothing else seemed to have been traumatized in the package. So hopefully something else will not break down the line. The female banana sockets in both clips were nearly flat. I was able to send a message to the seller through Amazon. We will see how they respond. *Upd 06/01/20* Never heard back from company\seller. Did an exchange thru Amazon. New set alligator clips were flat as well??!!! Sigh. Not sure what to do now. Guess look at another set. *Upd 06/04/20* So looking at other reviews, apparently the alligator connectors are supposed to flattened so you can attach them to the needle tips. That is such a bad way to re-purpose a connector and something you do when on the spot, not something I expect from something that was made to be used. Lame. So overall for the money they seem good for basic testing. Wish there was a way to safely verify these rating we see on these lead kits. Oh and for you Simpson 260 owners. These will not work. They will if you get the FtoF banana adapters I found on Amazon. I did my best to align those adapter ratings with this set. These leads are of EXCELLENT quality. I was hesitant to purchase due to one post stating leads fall out. I purchased due th my original leads broken due to extremely cold temps last week. Gave new life to one of my favorite tester.
