Just like most first time parents, I did a ton of research on so many playpens out there when deciding for one for my 8 month old. I wanted something big enough for him to be able to not feel cramped, one that was strong/sturdy, and also one that didn't break the bank (i.e. upper 100's into the 200's). This one seemed to fit the bill on all accounts and now that we've had it for a few months, it absolutely has met and exceeded my expectations. It was very easy to put together - took maybe about 10 minutes max, if that. It's very well made...each panel and the connectors are very solid and easy to assemble/adjust. My ONE and ONLY complaint is the little rubber feet (not to be confused with the suction cups feet that are included, but a different part) that attach to the bottoms don't stay on great if you even remotely move it a tiny bit. If you're looking for it to stay absolutely stationary, you'd use the suction cups and those work great. But for us, we wanted it to be a little flexible in terms of shifting it a few feet here if needed. The rubber feet pop off a bit. Keep in mind though, they are NOT a choking hazard...they are big enough and likely if your baby grabs one they will just chew on it. But it's very thick well made rubber and they are impossible to choke on in terms of the size. If you have a baby with really strong teeth, they may be able to bite into it over time, but my guess is you're at least checking in on your baby periodically when in this, so if you're watching them and they don't gnaw on one for an hour, you'll be fine. Long story short, this is a GREAT playpen for people looking to get an affordable, but very sturdy well made option.

I was looking for a play pen for my daughter she outgrew her previous one and as a result wanted to be with me all the time didn’t wanted to play by herself so I ordered this( without the foam for the floor that I got separately here on Amazon too) so when it arrived I put it together really fast it comes already put together you just have to open it up like an accordion and screw a little bit tighter the big screws that attaches one panel to the other so your child won’t be able to move it around like the y would probably try to haha! Mine does but it doesn’t move which is great, it looks amazing and sturdy it doesn’t have anything that can harm my baby in any ways is very well made, the door locks perfectly and she can’t open it from the inside at all, it fits any car’s trunk very easy to loosen up a little bit the screws to fold it and transport I’ll be taking it with me next time I travel with my daughter so she will have a safe place to play it’s portable, amazing product very happy to have purchased this! Amazing value for the money

This play pen is awesome! It keeps my little angel happy while I get things done around the house. At 16 months, she's a bit of an acrobat, but she hasn't climbed out of it yet because, unlike the crib, she doesn't look at this pen as baby prison. She loves to go in and out and close the door behind her like it's her own little clubhouse. She even gets possessive over it and kicks out dog out when he tries to explore in there. The lock is in a great place that she cannot even begin to reach. It's on carpet at my house, so I can't comment on the suction for wood floors, but it doesn't slide or lose it's shape on the carpet, no matter how much she shakes the walls or falls into the sides. The only thing I will say is that the pen is a lot less portable and movable than the description makes it sound. It is sturdy and not too hard to set up (15 minutes with a toddler under foot), but it isn't something I would ever take to grandma's house for the day or anything like that. It is more of a permanent fixture in my living room. It is great for corralling babies and baby toys alike though, so I strongly recommend it to anyone who is looking for a bigger, less restrictive version of play pen.

I did a lot of research on play yards before deciding on this one. This has to be the best purchase I've made for my grandson and for myself. This is a very sturdy and well made play yard. My grandson is 9 months old and he is able to pull himself up on and walk around play yard while holding on. He stands holding on shaking the walls and they hold firm. This has been a godsend for us, it gives us peace of mind that he is safe and provides a large area for him to play in. You do need to hand tighten the top plastic screws as they will slowly loosen over time, this is the only issue we have had with this play yard- a small price to play for such a good product. I have just made it a habit to check, and tighten screws if needed a couple of times a day. We have this sitting on top of a padded play mat and it works well. We haven't had any issues with it sliding or moving around on the mat. Great play yard, highly recommend.

I purchased this for my 11 month old great grand daughter and am so pleased that I did! It was so easy to set up and only had to add the door. It is super sturdy and we had a great time playing safely inside. I had recently purchased a mesh sided ball pit play area for her house which is very nice but is not collapsible. I had done a lot of research to find something that would work for my smaller home that I could fold away easily when she's not with me. This was a perfect solution. Her parents were so impressed that I may have to purchase another one for them !! I do a lot of shopping on Amazon and believe this is the first review that I have given. I wanted others to know that they won't go wrong with this choice.

We LOVE this product. It look me a long time to pick a baby playpen. I knew I wanted one big enough he could crawl around in. But I didn't realize that this particular playpen would be great for encouraging standing and walking. His favorite this to do in it is pull to stand. Lately he's been cruising around the inside (when all the toys are out of the way). The vertical openings are so great so there's nothing for him to stand on to climb out (that climbing toy however he will climb to get out). I also wasn't expecting him to love the built in toys on one of the panels. It isn't the original aesthetic I wanted. I wanted one with mesh sides and didn't love the look of this hard plastic. But I think the benefits far outweigh the look. Plus it's kind of cute once you get used to it. haha We rarely write reviews but I have been on baby products that are super great! The only "negative" is the suction. We have vinyl plank floors and the suction won't work on there. It might have worked on hard wood. So it's mostly on our carpet and we don't use the suction at all. However I would bet you might only want the suction so that it doesn't shift. The suction wouldn't make a difference for it's sturdiness. Baby hangs and pulls on it and it doesn't move. I even lean back on the panels and it barely shifts. Putting it together was easy. The caps are a little difficult to maneuver but over all SO SO great!

My son had such a wonderful time playing here. It is safe, nice , and sturdy.

I really love this system. It's so versatile. We used it for from wall-to-wall behind the couch, and then um, yeah, one to go up. The stairs and we've just divided the pieces and it worked fantastic. I used it for 4 years. I'm very happy with the product, so I'm keeping it for my daughter. Who's planning on having a baby soon. Awesome product

This product was less intended to keep my baby enclosed and more so to keep my nosey dogs out because they constantly would chew up her toys or move them all over the house. Its so great to keep the toys confined so you don’t need to track them down and pick them up every night. And you can let your baby hang out or have a snack without your pets all up in her business! Plus the obvious convenience of just a place to pop her when you have to step away for a moment or go to bathroom! Sets up in minutes. Looks great and fits perfectly on the skip hop play mat. I can comfortably sit in there with her and give her an activity uninterrupted. It is spacious and sturdy. She seems to enjoy it! Soooooooo glad I just bought the 16 panel, well worth it!

I just received this play centre a couple of days ago. I am currently awaiting arrival of my puppy and wanted to be all set up. This play centre is absolutely wonderful! It seems very sturdy and easy to fold, unfold and set up in whatever shape you are looking at. I would definitely recommend this for baby or pet.

Our daughter is BUSY! And this has been perfect for her. Plenty of space to roam, crawl and play. This has given us the freedom to use the washroom alone and make supper lol. It was relatively easy to put together. It’s quite sturdy, just need to tighten the bolts every so often. We have the skip hop foam floor mats under which fit perfectly. Great purchase!

I love this folded gate playpen for my little one. It is easy to fold out, and pack away when needed. It is very spacious for an active baby/toddler with lots of room to explore and play. Even as a baby is learning to stand, I am not worried when the playpen is secured to the floor properly. Good buy, very handy for busy Mamas and/or other family members!
