Recovery lifesaver
This shoulder pulley that hangs over the door has been a lifesaver for my recovery after shoulder surgery! It’s super easy to set up—just hooks right over the door—and I was able to start using it at home right away without any tools. It really helps gently stretch and improve range of motion without overdoing it. I like that I can control the movement and go at my own pace, which is important during healing. Just what I needed
This is the same exact pully I used at my second physical therapy yesterday. It works on any door in my home. Works perfectly. So nice to exercise on my own between sessions. I coul6 it believe the price. Awesome

Perfect to stretch your shoulders
Bought this for my frozen shoulder therapy, worked great, now I still use it sometimes to relieve shoulder tightness. Sturdy. Easy to use.

Good pulley
This is easy to use and you can even sit in a chair and exercise with this shoulder pulley. I personally would buy it again.

Just like PT equipment but for home use
This shoulder pulley works just as well as the one they have at physical therapy and for a good price. The pulley is secure by closing it in the door and the rubber stop does not damage the door like a metal one would. The slide is very smooth and the ropes can be adjusted easily if they need to be shorter.
