Shoulder Pulley Over The Door Physical Therapy System

I bought this pulley to help restore movement in my shoulder, and it has been extremely useful. Installation takes only a few seconds—just place the strap over the door and close it. The pulley moves smoothly, the cord is a good length, and the handles are comfortable and easy to grip. It allows me to control the movement with my healthy arm and gently increase the range of motion in the affected shoulder. The entire system is lightweight but feels sturdy and well made. An excellent and affordable tool for doing shoulder exercises at home.

Nice set of pulleys. I really need them to do my shoulder exercises at home. Easy to use nice green color. Quick and simple to put over a door. Great item.

Very practical and can easily be carried around to use anywhere

I gave this 4 stars because it is a good price and pulley concept is good for shoulder rehab, but the picture on the package incorrectly displays the arm position for using it. I bought it to help with my physical therapy for a broken humerus (shoulder). In my case, pulling the arm straight up like this would constrict my shoulder range of movement and is incorrect positioning for my particular injury. This pulley can be effective, but it is imperative that it is used correctly. Consult your doctor or physical therapist before using.
