I have one for breakfast, one for lunch, and a 1/3 of one between meals and for a nighttime snack .I have my normal meal for dinner with red wine. My weight has gone from 168 to 154 in three months. Pleasant sweet taste, and seems to satisfy my sweet tooth . Great!

Really bad taste, perhaps one of the worst I've tried ... very disappointed

I've been eating these for breakfast along with some fruit and coffee for a while now. Originally recommended by my doctor, they are moist, relatively tasty, and, importantly for me, very filling. If there was no processed stuff in them, I'd give it 5 stars. I exercise quite a bit and these bars are low fat and a good way to have a smallish sized meal early on or just as a filler later in the day.

Love the taste of these and they really do hold you over between meals. Thanks for the discount.
