Bear Creek Soup Mix, Cheddar Potato, 11.5 Ounce

For our tastes this is a delicious easy to prepare soup. No peeling, boiling, mashing, hunting more ingredients and waiting a long time. Homemade might be better, but for elderly people like me, it’s tasty and great. It makes a lot, too, and me and my husband get at least 3-4 meals. It freezes well. Also, for some reason Walmart quit carrying it, so I’ve been hunting it. I bought the 3 pack. Yay! Potato soup and cornbread this winter!

Easy to make. Great taste. Good value for the money. Quick meal. No extra seasonings needed. Only complaint is that you have to mix quite vigorously as the powder does stick together. Wisk is essential.

I make this in my crockpot. I add part water, part half-n-half, as well as a half bag of frozen shredded hashbrowns or (leftover mashed potatoes) green onion, add'l cheddar cheese/Velveeta, extra pepper and top with crispy chopped bacon. It makes 12 servings, so I freeze portions. I've also added chicken, black beans or Mexican corn. There's no end to the possibilities and it's so easy and most of all, DELICIOUS.

These soups are so easy to make..very fast..They are smooth....To be fair I do add a little shred chicken or turkey, and some mushrooms to mine..The taste is amazing...My favorite soup mix

Tastes great, better than expected. Easy & quick to make.

I love the flavor of this soup. I wouldn't describe it a Cheddar Potato flavor but it is definitely very good. Depending on how diluted you make it, it is creamy and has a nice sharp flavor. Unfortunately, I need to cut back on my salt intake and I gasped when I read the back of the package and realized how much salt this soup contains. I am still looking for a lower salt alternative.
