Great product which gives nutritional benefits... for me especially is the iron content. I have Vitamin C along with it in my morning oats, since iron paired with Vitamin C is more readily absorbed. I have had very weak and grooved nails with vertical splitting for years. They have improved greatly since I have added this to my diet.

This product works to lower your blood pressure. Mine was over 160/100 and within 3 weeks it is 127/75. My doctor asked what I was doing and I said the only thing different is taking the beet powder. I will order the gummies in the future rather than deal with the mess of mixing it up. Put it in almond milk and sugar free caramel syrup.

The product is good. Excellent for energy and blood flow. My last order arrived damaged by shipping. Tried to notify Amazon via their return bot to no avail.

I mix this into a tall glass of water and add fresh squeezed lemon juice. It is refreshing and tastes good. I enjoy this after my morning walk.

If looking for a product sourced somewhere other than China, look elsewhere. I didn’t realize it until I received this item, but it says right on the packaging that it is a product of China. I only purchased it because my regular brand was out of stock. Very disappointed.

This powder tastes and smells like fresh beets. It supports exercise benefits, blood vessels, the liver, and other areas with its nutritional value. It is easy to spoon out and add to smoothies.
