Somehow these breadcrumbs produce a crisper, crunchier, tastier crust on baked chicken and fish than "normal" bread crumbs. This is a gluten free substitute that exceeds expectations.

Good crumbs, but as big as BBs - awkward to try to use for breaded fried foods. I drop them into a little food mill and grind them small before using and they work well.

I guess I'm one of the few who isn't impressed with this product. The "crumbs" are tiny balls and powder- no problem there, but I found it extremely gummy in my recipes when I used it for a coating. It took some work to scrape it off the end of the spatula. We throw scraps to the crows, and I'm pretty sure they were blowing bubbles with the fried chicken leftovers. The taste is fine, and there's 12 ounces in the can, so I feel it's not a bad price for the amount you get considering its gluten free. I'm very grateful for gluten free options and would buy this again if it worked for my needs.
