Is it safe to use on a hardwoodfloor?

I would think so. It's durable and would keep the rower from scratching it. Would probably have to clean under it occasionally like you would a throw rug.

How thick is this mat?? Thanks.

Typical workout mat thickness. It’s easy to roll up.

What is the mat's thickness?

I don’t know the thickness in measurements, but it’s basically a yoga mat if not thinner. Good if you’re just trying to avoid getting sweat on the floor under you
