Great with joints and inflamed muscle problems.

I've got osteoarthritis and suffer very bad in all big joints.. I thought I'd try this as the reviews were promising.. I am disappointed it didn't help and for £21. I was really expecting some relief... I will go back to my usual cream half the price... Shame cause it is a big tub and smells nice. ..

So glad I tried this. I have OsteoArthritis and Rotator Cuff Tendinopathy (and some damage) in my shoulder and OsteoArthritis, torn Meniscus and other damage to my knee. I also have degeneration to my Lumbar spine and in my Neck - and Fibromyalgia :'( I was presribed (amongst other Analgesics) 10% Ibuprofen gel - but I honestly think this is at least as efffective as the Ibuprofen, probably more. It's very 'soothing' as well as simply 'working' like the Ibuprofen. I will definitely buy more! Great value too compared to tubes of gel. Brilliant (Same company do an extra strong Arnica gel in a white and yellowish pot which is also excellent - bruises / strains etc. My Dad uses that because he bruises easily on Warfarin)

This came today and was well packed and is ready to use its a very absorbent gel that you can massage into affected soore area works very well so a great buy thanks

This gel really surprised me. I read lots of reviews, and the one that convinced me to try it was a person who said she tried it on her swollen ankle, and it took the swelling down. I have an ankle that swells due to sciatica. After the first application, the swelling decreased remarkably! I've applied it again this morning, and the swelling is almost gone. I'm also using it on my back and hip. The pain is better, but not completely gone. I have hope that the gel might lessen the pain with more use.
