guess i got what I paid for - cheap and nasty. not like Bassets or Gustaffs. Was going to use them in my Supper Club as a bar attraction - no way. Shiny and doesnt have the full range as other products do. Terrible - plasticky taste - not usual liquorice. Cheap from China no list of ingredients. Even my dog would not touch them!

Licorice candy
A good deal for these licorice candies. I have bought other brands and I find these are softer and very tasty. I would recommend trying them if you like licorice.

These are NOT ALLSORTS
These are made to look like ALLSORTS but that is as far as it goes. I WOULD NOT BUY THESE AS THEY ARE HORRIBLE ! They taste nothing like Allsorts or even licorice. They are many kinds of sugars and fructose and are like some kind of strange candy but nothing close to Allsorts !icorice. These taste horrible and are not close to Allsorts except that they look like them. That's the trick to get you to buy them. If you want nasty tasting very very sweet candy buy this but if you are looking for any type of ALLSORTS LICORICE, AVOID THIS PRODUCT !

Cheap, but very sweet
What is called "licorice" varies greatly between products. In candy, the best is Dutch. I grew up with Bassett; 's Licorice Allsorts which is my reference. These Smaty Stop Allsorts are very different from Bassett's/Maynards' Allsorts, both in composition and taste. The pieces are nothing like the traditional Allsorts and do not warrant the name. But the main issue is that they are extremely sweet which also hides the licorice flavor. If you have never tried licorice candies before, these will be OK, but they pale in taste and flavor to the other brands, from the traditional Bassett's to Gustav's. If you love licorice, spend the $$ and buy the more expensive, but superior, brands.

Excellent Value and Quality
I am a die hard black licorice all-sorts lover and these didn't disappoint. There could have been more of the squares with the colored layers (especially the lemon ones-mmmm). They were fresh, soft and a great variety and the re-sealable bag can't be beat! 10/10 WILL buy again!!
