so easy to cook with
Great pan. Love the deep sides, the non-stick surface, easy clean up, even heat distribution and such a beautiful green color! This is my 2nd Caraway purchase, highly recommend.

Solid, high quality ceramic finish
Good quality, beautiful color, but the lid is slippery and heavy. Hold onto the handle! Aside from the awkward lid, the 4.5 qt. 12” pan is deep, provides even heat distribution and the ceramic finish is professional grade.

Real nonstick pan for once.
So far I have seared tuna steaks, fried burgers and did stir fry in this and it cleans up with some hot water and soap. No other nonstick I have tried is as easy. I have a frying pan and a baking pan so far and will probably get more.

Very Impressed
This sauté pan is absolutely my favorite pan for so many reasons. Its big! Its non-stick! Its pretty! Its easy to clean! BUT, it is absolutely necessary to read and follow all the care instructions!! I had some minor issues with mine which was not covered under the warranty because I was using too high of heat. The customer service associates were very prompt and polite in responding to my issue, were very specific and knowledgeable in explaining every detail throughout our communications, and they resolved my problem much to my satisfaction. I am a very satisfied customer! I have purchased several more Caraway baking pieces. Great product, great company.
