Omega M1000 Milkshake Maker
Definitely commercial grade. It was too large for my counter. I found it unnecessarily cumbersome to properly clean the mixing shaft. The instructions say that one should just run the shaft in some soapy water - that would be easy enough, but I insist on removing the shaft and cleaning it properly after each use; and, that is considerably more difficult. I guess I just don't like the machine and that is the reason I sold it!

Does not mix well, even with the high-power blade. After 4 uses, the motor overheated on the very first mix that day, and the motor was smoking.

No replacement parts available
I originally wrote a positive review but one month into owning it I find out there are no parts replacements available so when your blade gets dull you can not replace it.
