it seems rugged. a little taller than i thought it would be. but it is not quite wide enough for me. i am a big guy, 40 pants size, and i could use one that was perhaps 2 or 3 inches wider to ballance on better

Bought this for my father who has developed very bad coccyx pain now. He was using a round inflatable pillow and relief was minimal. This on the other hand he says provides way better support and relief. Night and day difference! He still has pain but driving is more tolerable and sitting also. I sit and don’t think about sitting and seeing my father who now has to have a special seat/pillow really makes me so grateful for being able to sit pain free. I am so happy that this pillow helped him and others who have this pain. This pillow is firm and comfortable. I weigh 190 and pillow held its shape after trying it.

My sister had purchased this item and told my 89year old mother about it since my mom has to go to dialysis three times a week for 3 1/2 hours. It worked perfectly. She loved it.

Comfortable but think it sinks down too much if you’re getting for hemorrhoid relief and sitting for extended time. 6’2 215lb guy here

Well made product but unfortunately is not comfortable to sit on,it does not keep pressure off my bed sores as intended so I am returning.

Just a few days and my tail bone feels great. It felt sore on and off . I had it different one which was not working. it is thick but as easily compressed when you sit on it. very comfortable.

The donut pillow is not very comfortable to sit on, probably due to its size. An extra-large one would be better.

Following quad tendon rupture surgery this and a barrier cream has helped eliminate sores lower back from sitting in a chair for a month with a leg in a fixed brace ....good support and comfortable. Keeps it shape and gives the coccyx a nice comfortable space to avoid pressure and let the skin breath. Has helped to reduce pain in conjunction with ice, painkillers and a leg lifter.
