Microwave Heating Pad - Flaxseed Heat Pad

I rarely have time to leave a review, but I just used this for the first time and had to leave one. I panic purchased this last night and it was so worth it. If you are wanting to lay this over your shoulders, definitely go for the bigger size even though it’s more expensive. I have a nerve issue that I will feel brewing in my neck/base of my skull until it finally launches into a full blown migraine thing that shoots from my neck around my head, covering g my eyes and sinuses. I am breastfeeding *and* pregnant, so I don’t want to use the medications that have been thrown at me for it. The only way I’ve been able to find relief is heat on my neck and doing some stretches and lengthen the back of my neck. I have an electric heating pad, but I never get to sit still while chasing kids around, and even if I am sitting, it doesn’t lay flush with my neck and it doesn’t really apply heat or weight the way I need it to. I previously ordered a little heating pad for one of our kids and I ended up stealing that, but it WREAKED of chemicals. Every time you heated it or used it, it smelled like a plastic plant was on fire and would even stain my clothes with the smell. I felt like there was no one way breathing or being in contact with it could be healthy. This one has no funky chemical smell, the fleece side feels so soft on my neck, it lays flush with my neck well so the heath is actually applied to it, it has a great weight to it so it actually stays in place where you want it. First time ordering a product and received it a few hours later in the same day. Used it for the first time and I am very pleased how it works. I choose the lavender one and it smells so relaxing. Just the right size for me to warm up my scar tissue from hip surgery six months ago. I would highly recommend this microwave heating pad.

I broke my wrist about a month ago and after trying Ice, PT said heat. However, this microwave heating pad does both. 90 seconds and it stays warm for an hour or if im just sitting the cold pad is wonderful. I like the different material on each side so no matter what I am using it for it still is very comfortable

This is nice however I need a new one .I saw a microwave med microwave heating pad I like to order it starts to smell bad .after a while

very satisfied. Once you heat it up, it lasts a long time. And it smells nice.

Great heating pad i absolutely love it!! It stays warm all night i dont have to get up or worry about over heating like the electric ones. It’s easy to use and very effective. I am going to keep the large one too.

I live in the Northwest where it is cold and rainy all winter and I find that these are very comforting. It heats up well in the microwave. The price point is a little spendy but I think it's worth it. I needed one without a scent l. This one came with a little bit of an earthy odor which went away after a few uses. One drawback is the cover cannot be removed to wash it but I'm ok with that. If I need to, I will open it up and remove filling and wash the cover. I like my first one so much that I bought the larger one. The fabric is OK. I bought the smaller blue one and one side is cotton blue fabric and the other side is like a soft T-shirt material.

I wish I could give this product 10 stars!!!! This is truly a game changer!! My daughter deals with very bad cramps every month and stays with a heating pad on that seems to do little to none in reversing the pain. I walked into her office today and she was doubled over on her desk trying to manage the pain with an electric heating pad. I immediately opened this product up and prepared it for her. She put it on and within a minute was sitting up again. She said the heat was hotter and worked.... she even got up to walk upstairs. The lavender scent is so calming and smells delightful. I will be adding a few more of these to our arsenal to combat menstrual cramps. If you're sitting on the fence about purchasing, then here's your invitation to wait no longer..... just buy it, you won't be disappointed. It is very flexible and I think it's a great value for your money. I haven't used it long enough to speak on durability or washability, but the quality is definitely there.
