10 Pack Syringe Filter Sterile PES, 0.22µm, 33mm, Individually Packed

Have used these multiple times and they've always worked really well. However, the last batch I had were clearly defective. They were absolutely impossible to push the the oil i was filtering though the filer. As I said, I've used these and never had an issue. I went through 30 filters trying to find one that I could actually use. My whole filtering process should have taken no more than 5 or 6 from start to finish. Not sure what the problem was but even with using a caulking gun to add some extra leverage, I still could barely get a drop at a time through these. Very frustrating! (Update) After my initial review, the seller promptly reached out and shipped me replacement filters at no cost to me. The replacements were exactly as they should be. They worked very well with no further issues. As I said in my previous review, I've have used these on multiple occasions and they've been great. The replacements worked perfectly.

They work exactly as advertised, multiple packs and no issues so far. I can tell they filter well by the massive difference in coloration post filtering.

I used it to filter my blueberry wine. Spring water clogged these up faster than my wine! I first filtered my wine several times, down to .45 microns than used these. I was able to filter at least 300 ml of wine with one syringe adapter thing. Probably more. I had to add a half a bottle of water to my last bottle (which will be drank promptly) so I used some spring water I had, (ran out of my distilled bottles) and a filter that had done around 250 ml of wine clogged up after 50 ml of water. The next filters lasted somewhere between 100-150 ml each before starting to clog up. I still ended up with a little pile of stuff at the bottom of my bottles... Not sure why, hardly anything though.

They work as expected. There was some leakage due to liquid pressure but if liquids are pushed through slowly that works better.

I can't really think of one thing I really have positive to say considering there's much better filters (same diameter, also 0.22μm, same cost). All these filter are heavy particles. A coffee filter would do an equally sufficient job. I went through 4 and still didn't end up with the same quality results as with 1 filter vs the filters I normally use (which I'm able to use a few times if I really need to). I don't know why these have such high reviews, honestly. They do not filter properly, period. This wasn't a bad one or two. I really question whether it's filtering bacteria and other particulate, dyes, etc. that it should be able to. These are incapable of removing the color from what I filter after 4 filters, and those are larger molecules than bacteria. I've been using filters like these in all different brands for about 10 years and I think these are by far the absolute worst I've come across. I had to get right back in on here and order the ones I would normally. So a waste of money, useless, and potentially dangerous depending on what you use it for. The only reason I'm bothering to review these is because they have great reviews for some reason and I noticed some people are trusting these to filter for IVDU. These are dumpster material. You are not getting all that you think you are getting out. The white plastic ones really any brand on here are so much better.

3stars for packaging and durability however product is not easy to use and wastes liquid to a great extent. I am in nursing research and know how to use such items, this one is not recommended by me

They work really well, lock onto any lock lure device nicely. Filters out all the contaminants great! I just wish they were capable of attaching to any type of syringe, because that would be a huge game changer! For the price point and the fast delivery I can’t even remotely complain!
