Sensor going off/false alarm?

Make sure no trees or moving branches in front of your sensor. Please do not face the sensor directly to the sunlight or drop down it on the ground. Please angle downward the sensor direction (rather than horizontal).

The receiver does not work?

Check if the receiver is plugged into wall outlet correctly and the outlet is powered. Check if the distance is too far away from the driveway alarm sensor, replace the receiver to other outlet closer to driveway alarm sensor

Short wireless transmission range?

Metal barriers such as steel gate, frame or wall will shorten remote distance, please avoid placing the driveway alarm sensor and receiver on or near metallic objects. Replace the old AAA 1.5V battery with new ones for the driveway alarm sensor.

The receiver always rings and can't stop ringing?

Adjust the sensor angle to target zone, avoid the error triggering. Reduce the sensor detective zone with the adhesive tape included.

Cannot remember sound settings, always reverts to default sound？

After setting the ringtone pairing, please press the "volume" button again to exit the pairing mode so the settings are saved.
