I receive this for my toddler and it asks for a PIN code to unlock,I canโt find one as thereโs no manual in the box.If you resell an item itโs best to reset factory settings at least.Disappointed dad.

Battery issues. It's very disappointing
Battery drains from 100% to zero in 30-40 minutes. It's very disappointing. The Amazon Fire was 100x better. It looks cheap and feels that way in every detail. I won't recommend to buy it

After couple of days the charging of the device didn't work well. As soon as I have contacted the seller, they have responded very well and guide me for the steps. since it didn't work they have arranged the replacement and it reached the following day.
