As with the vast-majority of supplements available on the market... it is borderline impossible to, practically & efficiently, measure the efficacy of the beneficial effects/properties, as, like other gradual changes with the body, we become near-blind to such slight changes that occur over prolonged periods of time that extend far beyond our ability to notice any minor, but consistent, alterations (like gradual weight-gain - you only really notice it, MUCH later down the line, rather than every single waking second/minute of each day)… Besides this, what we can confirm is the beneficial properties that have undergone rigorous & extensive testing to conclude a legitimate level of expectant results - of which can greatly enhance/boost your quality of life and general wellbeing... This product certainly DOES consist of vitamins, there is no doubt about that and there is a Orange peel-like flavour that overshadows the unpalatable vitamin taste, which makes these 'interesting' to say the least, but overall, NOT rancid, rather adequate and do go down without any resistance!.. The Orange flavour, that is more rind than pulp, is, logically speculating, a more sensible and rational choice to go for as the bittersweet essence is more potent and has the unmatched ability to effectively mask the foul taste of the vitamins - a solid choice! Each of the gummies are somewhat 'rich' and full-bodied in nature - the texture is like an extremely dense, but easy to bite/chew, almost like an extremely thick Jelly-Babies' centre jelly section with like a soft Wine-Gums outer layer. My tub has no gummies 'stuck'/adhered to the bottom or any of the internal surface-area, they are freely moving about, with only the odd one to four in a loose bunch, mostly stacked atop one-another, but easily separate with little-to-no effort... I am pretty happy with my purchase, although I may have to resort to swallowing them whole as they are very sticky when chewed and I am about to have all my teeth removed for a surgery to remove bone fragments from my upper & lower-jaw (from an old, invisible injury), so I would possibly be better-off ordering the tablets/capsules next time, OR, just stick to swallowing these whole, because they would melt relatively easily and digested as normal due to their nature. They smell fine, a bit like orange peel + subtle notes of vitamin compound/s... the aftertaste is where it really comes into it's own!.. The aftertaste literally gets 'sweeter' as time passes and it becomes increasingly more delightful. As aforementioned, it is too early to notice any sign of improvements or to measure such effects... it is a decent product nonetheless, they are of exceptional quality, from a significant (expert), reputable supplier of such products - the 'Well-range' is a heavily trusted brand - and I strongly recommend these Multivitamins (only if you are not already taking any other vitamin supplements - always check the ingredients first so that you are not double-dosing/countering!).

As I get older, I become a bit more health conscious and mindful of what's going on In my body, as such I wanted to make sure I was getting the right levels of goodness I need. These multi vitamins serve my needs perfectly with everything I need all in one handy tablet. After a couple of days of taking x1 tablet daily, I found that I was more alert, had more energy and generally in a better mood. Given how I feel better from taking these, I presume are working and doing wonders for my body! As much as I love the product, the taste is questionable.. it has a beefy taste to the brown tablet which isn't necessarily unpleasant but not the most welcoming of tastes first thing on a morning. Taste aside, the tablets have proved great for me and on that basis I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Was taking these wellman tablets and was starting to feel better , but I had a gout flare and noticed these contain niacin which can bring on gout flares. So unfortunately I've had to stop taking them , if they didn't contain niacin I would have continued taking them. Purchased at a good price , easy to swallow and contain a lot of well balanced vitamins for men to improve energy levels and immune system. They are not the smallest tablets but still easy to swallow for me with a sip of water. Just be mindful that if you suffer with high uric acid levels, gout, then the niacin in these tablets can bring on gout flares.
