Bread consistency is great. Quiet and does not over bake the bottom of bread like most. I do wish it would have come with or offered a bread book recipe guide for this machine. Just a few recipes inside and you'll have to play with your other recipes to have them come out. But all in all, one of the nicest bread machines Ive owned. The auto feed for seeds and nuts is great. very easy to use. A great value for such a low price. Super easy to keep clean and has a very small footprint on your countertop.

I’ve had great success with this bread maker! I haven’t made many recipes out of the book but have found others online that work great and taste yummy! You just dump ingredients in and let it do its thing!

I purchased this machine because I no longer have the strength to knead by hand. I purchased the larger size, which allows me to make either 1.5 lb. (for myself) or 2.2 lb. (for my family) loaves. There are 15 choices for the type of bread, cake, yogurt, or jam. You can choose from light, medium, or dark crust. You need only put your ingredients in the bread pan, select the program from the 15 choices, and turn it on. So easy! My first loaf came out lopsided so I googled that and learned it was simply the way the bread landed after kneading. The next time, I paused after the kneading and removed the kneading paddle, formed the bread into a ball, and it baked a perfect loaf! I love this machine!

I hate that the light showing settings does NOT stay on so I can monitor progress , , , in order to do that I first have to turn on top light and run find my reading glasses . . . I don't much care for lack of instructions in setting up custom . . . I can't tell what I am setting. I did get the KNEAD option to set to 30, but then it wouldn't let me stop there or set to 45 min. Need better tutorial for that one. Also have to find out how to help answer questions people post. I sent the last one I tried back because the light wouldn't stay on . . . now wish I had tried the knead for the butter . . . bet it would have worked too. I will keep this one and maybe try the other again . . . nut dispenser was my main want besides churning butter. O, if you try churning butter make sure to find something to cover the pan because once it churns the butter, you are left with butter AND buttermilk. The buttermilk will slosh into the machine and have to be cleaned out of it real well. Be nice if they would make a cover for the pan, Aluminum foil might work better. Now a good 6 months since making the butter in it, I still have trouble remembering how many things I have to set to 0 and still have trouble with the not so cute little signs instead of actual words, so I have not used it since . . . my eyesight isn't that good. A dern shame as I have decided to sell it to some younger.

Bread maker works perfectly and does a great job making bread. The issue is with some quality concerns. After the breadmaker sat on the counter without use for 3 months, the lettering on some of the display started to streak and smear. We had to re-write the display.

Don’t know why I didn’t buy this machine before! Multitasking, easy to use, made well. And at a good price, too. The inserts are dishwasher safe. I used the basic bread recipe to start which means putting all the ingredients in the bread pan, closing the lid and walking away. I had a choice in the crust color, too. The bread was delicious! The only negatives are that because the kneading arm stays in the pan during the process, there’s a hole in the bottom of the loaf, not a big one , and there’s a hook included to help remove the part from the bread. It is a little noisy when the kneading process is going. Also included are recipes and measuring utensils and a glove to protect your hand. I’m very happy with this well designed, sturdy machine.

Love my new bread maker! It handles all my dough easily, the menu/dials are easy to use, and the bread comes out great! I have used both the recipes in the booklet and my own recipes. Looks great on my counter too! Love being able to control the ingredients that go into my breads and the smell of fresh break baking. Definitely would recommend

This bread maker is absolutely gorgeous first of all and looks beautiful sitting on the counter. I recommend it to users at all stages. It will change your life. It's so easy to start your loaf in the morning. Come home from work and you have a fresh loaf of bread to go with stew soups anything you need I've influenced for other people to buy this. It's a game changer, especially with rising grocery prices. This thing is a non-negotiable.

Overall Rating: 3/5 Stars (A true dilemma of performance vs. quality) ​I absolutely love this bread maker. In the short time I've had it (delivered on November 15th), I've already made 3 perfect loaves of bread and 2 batches of dough. The unit is incredibly easy to use, and the results are consistently excellent. I especially appreciate the nice look and design of the machine. ​ The Major Problem: Unfortunately, the quality of the casing is severely disappointing. After only 11 days of ownership and 5 total uses, the bottom casing has already begun to separate (see photos). I'm not sure what caused this, but the unit is clearly failing structurally almost immediately out of the box. ​Timeline: ​Purchased: November 13th ​Delivered: November 15th ​Defect Noticed: Less than two weeks after delivery. ​Uses: 5 times total. Recommendation: This bread maker performs wonderfully and makes fantastic bread, but the fact that the structural integrity failed so quickly is a major red flag. I truly love this bread maker and would greatly appreciate having this unit replaced, hoping this was just a faulty item. Buyer Beware: Be aware that this issue may occur, or perhaps I simply received a faulty unit. If it weren't for the separated bottom, this would easily be a 5-star product. I strongly recommend checking the unit's base immediately upon arrival.

So-so, better than my old toxic tefal bread machine. The knob has exposed to inner lining metal. I am not shore that the exposed part does not have toxic substances like cadmium or plumbum. But good that the second knob is in, in case the first one will be lost The bake only mode (13) has not delay settings. Interesting mode to do dry meat , not tried yet. The nut dispencer has large holes , suitable only for the large nuts , like pumpkinseed, but not for sesame. And not comletle released all nuts, several nuts was left inside. See photos. Despy double heating lines , the top is not fully baked , uneven baking consists y, but this is the problems with most this types of the bread machines. The better option would be with heating line installed in the cover top. The window is totally useless, I was not able to see anything. But in compare with other options it will take time to learn to bake in it. I bought it in some rush, because my stove oven totally broke, and local home depot offer awful bed stoves with ovens with many opened homes, if food, especially grease would dropped in , it would be forewer inside The yellow handle and other yellow parts on the top, that looks like metal on the advertising, are actually painted
