Hong Kong. Which is fine. Most mains plugs in use in the UK since the 50s have been made in China. They actually use UK plugs there. The only British made mains plug is the MK safety plug and it's about £6 for one plug. Yes it's built like a tank, but these Chinese ones last just as long (ie 50+ years unless you smash them).

What is the input of the adapter? US? Universal?

These are UK standard plugs to be attached directly to the flex / cable of your appliance, they are not adapters.

Will the 1.5mm 3 core swa cable fit here

I can't imagine why anyone would use swa in this situation. I would suggest checking application against electrical regs before proceeding to ensure compliance and safety

Bei jedem englischen Stecker ist eine genaue Beschreibung für die Drahtlängen und die Montage des Steckers obligatorisch. Erste Lieferung 13 A, zweite Lieferung 3 A. Das ist echt vorbildlich um alles richtig zu machen. Die Stecker sind auch von guter Qualität.
