Used these throughout my pregnancy so can't comment of the effect compared to not being in them howver, all my bloods have come back great with no deficiencies. Great price too compared to other brands.

I never write reviews, BUT, a really good product. I often wonder with supplements how effective they can really be, considering how balanced my diet is, as well. I really thought they would not do much, however, I am 9 weeks now and since taking them, my energy levels are better. It also gives me piece of mind. I did also research higher end products but generally feel their mark up is high, and you do not necessarily get a better product for the money!
