Very efficient and cold without needing to put in the freezer.

I cannot sleep without this! This cooling mat goes under the top of my pillow case on my pillow every night after keeping in the fridge all day. Genuinely helps me so much with my heat intolerance from my chronic illnesses. It keeps me cool and lets me have a way better quality of sleep! Perfect for hot days too whether you lean it against your back or rest your feet on it.. whatever! I prefer sleeping with it. Such a big difference I buy one of these every 9-12 months and it’s so worth the money for me.

Really good, stays cool longer than just looking for the cool spot on the bed. It cools down fairly quickly once you move off it for a few minutes. Worth the price 👍

Bought for our 5 and 9 year old kids who often, easily overheat, especially during the occasional heatwaves we get. The cooling mats dont stay cool all night but they definitely stay cooler for longer compared to a cheaper type one we got for them a few years ago. This cooling pad is thicker, as it is filled with more cooling gel inside, which is why it can stay cooler for longer. For those heatwave days, we put it in the fridge for a bit to boost its cooling effects and it has all worked out great. Our kids complain less during the heatwaves and get a better nights sleep because of them. Also, its great that these can be easily wiped downed to clean, and are thick enough that I dont think it will be easy to puncture or damage.

I really hate trying to get to sleep on warm pillows. I drive my wife mad most nights when I am turning my pillows over in an attempt to find that little patch of cool pillow. So when I saw this advertised I jumped to buy it. Putting it in the fridge for a while before bedtime, you are able to get a nice cold insert for bed. I found that slipping it in between the pillow and pillow case was the best for me as I didn't like using it laid on top of the pillow due to the plastic covering. However, I found that due to body heat, this insert heated up quickly even after being placed in the fridge or freezer. It ended up being quite uncomfortable due to the heat it had taken in and always ended up on the floor of the bedroom before the end of the night. Whilst it's great for that initial cooling, it could really have done with being able to dissipate the heat better so that it stays cooler for longer. I'm really struggling to recommend it, especially since I've purchased this there are cheaper copies available. I'd look to go for a cheaper one than this. Good product works well but does not like being bent in half to fit the fridge, eventually splitting and leaking.

good purchase. put in fridge to get very cool for those days over 90 degress/30 c. does heat up overvtime and will cool off if you do not contact. i would suggest getting two. that way you can swap out in the middle of the night if you wake up warm. really helps aid my ability to fall asleep quickly because of the coolness roght out of the fridge

J'ai déjà un article similaire mais plus petit, ça fait un bien fou quand il y a canicule, pour s'endormir ou pour se rafraîchir 👌👍😜 Par contre déçu, parce que l'article est envoyé dans la boîte d'origine seulement 😔😔😔

Per caso ho trovato questo prodotto e devo ammettere che funziona! Senza doverlo mettere in frigo, tiene fresca la zona a contatto. Lo sto provando per capire quanto tempo rimane fresco.
