I would definitely recommend giving these a try! I was diagniosed vitd3 deficient, which left me with low mood, very sore stiff and aching joints, I was very lethargic an weak to the point I was sleeping most of the day as well as the night. My skin hair an nails also suffered as a result. After trying various vitamins as well as what the Gp prescribed, I did a bit of research an came across these, I have been taking 1 a day and almost at the end of the first bottle an I have to say I have notice a vast improvement in all areas, my energy is so much higher than was previous that I actually make it through a whole day without falling asleep! The combination of magnesium vitd3 and calcium works so much better for me I just ordered another bottle to keep me going. Not only that but I look an feel so much healthier to. The tablets are a little on the large side but can be broken in half if you have trouble swollening. They are well worth a try as magnesium is good for alsorts of ailments.

I have to take quite a few nutritional supplements and vitamins. I have '3 go to' suppliers/brands which I buy all from Amazon (or through). Nature's Aid (This one), SynVit and Linden's. After trying all three brands, I had to come back to this one, and actually? Previous review (from this one) was how appalling the size of the tablets were! I am re-writing it because the Nature's Aid tablets are actually the easiest to take (of the three brands: nature's aid, synvit and linden's). I lined up all three - making sure not to get them mixed up.. (mind you their nutritional composition was identical - same two tablet/dose for all three) Calcium 800mg Magnesium 400mg Vitamin D3 800 iu Though SynVit makes outstanding vitamins/supplements and still buying other - their cal/mag/d3 is now off the table, they were the biggest and most difficult to swallow. Linden's - also outstanding vitamins/supplements - still buying their other - second largest and really uncomfortable going down!. These?? They're still quite large - but after comparing them with the previous, they are more slimline/sleek and go down MUCH better - they are at tad bit smaller (in circumference which makes them much easier to take!) - I am so glad (despite having to endure the others!) I am so glad I Did that. I used to hate THESE but after the other two! These are perfect (for now!) I HAVE to take this supplement, and is such a pain to find things! This one - VERY good value and I know this brand very well. Highly recommend! Just be warned they ARE large.. If you want to run a trial - it's up to you. (£££) but Linden's and SynVit also make this blend. (I will be re-ordering these, it's comforting to know I did the trial run I did).

I use this product as a daily supplement to help strengthen bones and muscle before i do my morning run, it says take 2 per day I just take one plus other supplements.

Being of menopausal age and finding it a real drag with depression, putting on weight, sleep being a very distant memory and generally feeling like crap. Had done some research and read the very informative reviews on here - thanks!! And decided at the price it was definitely something I should try. Here we are only a week later, and bearing in mind that most vitamins etc etc take at least 3 weeks to start making a difference, I'm pleasantly surprised that already my sleep has improved and I'm no longer having as many night sweats as I did. I am finally safe to interact with the general public again!!! Seriously, I always keep an open mind when trying new products and most don't work, but I have to say that these get the thumbs up from me, will definitely be ordering more and my advice to anyone thinking about these is to order them and give them a whirl 😊😊. Will add that these pills are BIG but the coating helps and they also split easily into a manageable size to swallow.
