These look better in the flesh than on-line. Amazing sturdy and very attractive products. Look and feel like a high quality item. Much better than the cheap twisted metal options in garden centres. Definitely recommend.

Little to criticise except that the hanging point is about two inches in from the end so the clearance is less than you think. The hanging point is also fairly shallow so in a wind a pot might blow loose.

Very rustic cast metal (Iron given its magnetic) roughly finished, with loads of casting marks. Mid to dark brown on arrival (tho I painted all 8 with smooth green hammerite, which takes well to the surface finish. The mounting holes are countersunk, and took #8 screws ( I used 8x1 1/4), be aware that the screw holes are not very central, fairly random, so align each one individually, and mark, they wont swap round without being squint :)Solid, sturdy, really pleasing once fitted, no fittings are supplied.Be aware that the different models are different sizes!BPH53 is large (34cm)BPH29 is medium (25cm)BPH28 is small (20.5cm)I would consider the others small/average Bought 2 sizes for different uses.

I was fed up with my old brackets rusting as the plastic coating failed so looked around for an alternative, and that's when I spotted these brackets. Being cast iron they are solid and attractive items, with plenty of strength for holding heavy hanging baskets. They don't come with any fixings so you do have to source your own, but bear in mind that the two holes in the brackets are only wide enough for a M4 screw. I confidently expect the brackets to last well, and they look far nicer than the regular style.

Pricey but well worth it not flimsy very solid. Brilliant for my 15" hanging basket which has a lot of weight to them, i have several of them. Colour was not what i wanted just painted them to suit.

Bought three of these a few weeks ago to replace cheaper ones that had perished over the years. I thought that cast iron brackets would be stronger and would last much longer. Not the case. Cast iron has no 'give' and is brittle. So when I put the first one on the wall and tightened it up the top part of the bracket snapped off leaving it only good for the bin. Absolutely useless item and a complete waste of money.

I am very pleased with the product. I purchased two to place on either side of our shed. They are definitely strong and are able to hold a 15 - 20 lb basket of plants and flowers. The hangers also add to a vintage decor which I was trying to establish. 2 Thumbs up on this purchase!

Very sturdy & heavyweight hanger. I'm using it with a small chain to hold a wooden sign and have received several compliments already on how nice it looks. Very happy with this purchase! I'm thinking of buying more for a few of my porch wind chimes in the spring since it can stick out further than many others I have had.
