This was actually given to me as a gift, I wouldn't have thought of it before, now I wouldn't be without it. I've used it a lot since I've had it, not just for omelets, but scrambled and fried eggs to. Just lift the lid now and again and whisk the up with plastic fork until you get them how you want them. For fried eggs I add a little oil and using a plastic spoon to cover the top side till done. I've also cooked bubble and squeak in it and it's turned out great. As i'm only cooking for me and sometimes would only use one side, I've decided to use the other side for other things that I can reheat in the microwave or freeze for later. This seems to make the machines heat distribution more efficient than when just using oneside as well as making it more cost affective. I noticed some reviewers saying it's not non-stick, sorry but I disagree. I washed it out before first use, as I do with all new appliances and pans, whether non-stick or not. Then I "prime" the non-stick with a little butter or oil and rub it into the surface, leave it for about 5mins and wipe off any surplus. With all the things I have cooked in this nothing has ever stuck whether I have used a little oil or not. After use I simply wipe with a soft soapy sponge and dry with kitchen towel so it's ready for the next time. Looking at their pictures it seems to me they either overfilled, let it burn or both. I've had no problems. I'd recommend this item to anyone, especially if you are cooking for one. It's easy to use and can cook up a quick snack or part of a larger meal. Easy to clean and takes up little space when not in use.

I'm really pleased with this very reasonable priced item. I used it for the first time this evening. It was easy to clean before and after use, the omelette cooked within a few minutes and was light, fluffy and very tasty. I wish I'd bought one years ago!

I am not usually very impressed with kitchen gadgets they never seem to come up to expectation. This one was different. it is small, neat and easy to use. I always found making traditional single portion omelette a pain getting correct texture when using a large amount of soft filling, particularly cheeses like Gorgonzola, was difficult and needed constant attention. This neat little machine is blissfully simple just switch on and wait for the thermostat to bring the plate to the correct temperature, pour your mixtures into the mould and close the lid, simple as that. A few minutes later you have a perfect, fluffy omelette. The mould makes two, two or three egg omelettes. As a bonus you can cook poached eggs in the machine by putting a tea spoon of water in the mould, breaking in an egg or two and then cooking until done to your requirement, a soft egg takes about half a minute and a firm egg approximately 2 minutes. So far the non-coating has proved to be of good quality. One of my main dislike with sandwich makers and the like has been that the non-stick coats starts to break down after jus a couple of uses, this seems to be a good hard wearing quality. After a dozen uses the non-stick is still as new! Cleaning is simple just wipe the plates with a damp soft cloth. .

Great product, I used large eggs two in each but would be better with medium eggs if have fillings. Not a problem though as it just made more. Doesn’t take long to heat up. There are 5 adults in my home so I had to keep them warm in foil in the oven on a low number but surprisingly they were still really good. Will use this a lot

This makes a nice omelette. Deep enough to add a fare bit of filling. Room for sliced mushrooms, mixed peppers and chicken. One of my favourites. They are a bit small so I make two. If you want to just make the one thats fine also. Now the negative. It is not non stick even though it states it is. I have now cooked a few omelettes and all of them have stuck to the plates. I bought some spray, not that I should have done if it was non stick but that didn't work either. Thankfully it is easy to clean.

j’étais partis pour acheté un autre produit qui est à la mode en ce moment et qui coûte plus de 2 fois plus chère . Finalement j'ai opté pour celui là et je ne le regrette pas ça fait 2 très belle petite omelette , 2 œufs en omelette dans chaque empreinte 8 à 10mn de cuisson et il en ressort 2 belles omelettes bien gonflées , si on rajoute gruyère jambon champignons ou autre 1 oeuf 1/2 par empreinte est suffisent.

dont buy this product in Canada or the USA. It operates on 240 volts NOT 120 volts. If you buy it you have to get a 120 to 240 volt transformer which is quite expensive. The seller should point out this fact but by not seeing any information you would assume it operates on 120 volts.Then if you have to return it the return postage is quite expensive and the seller wont pay for return postage. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PRODUCT OR YOU WILL BE IN FOR QUITE A HASSLE!!!!!!!

Absolutely love doing breakfast now no mess. Easy to clean. The food is beautiful and perfectly cooked. If I could give 10 🌟 I would.
