Do these help with flatulence? I need these for my other half and I'm worried it will be a waste of money

That's what I got them for they good but peppermint cordial even better pour in boiling water to drink it works great but the only downside of the charcoal tablets is if your on any meds they can stop them working so try the peppermint I've tried everything and it's the best remedy I ever used I get trapped wind so bad it goes into my chest and shoulder it's so painful this does the trick it's in the drinks isle at supermarket as a drink mixer you can add it to cup of tea works better hot hope it helps
