A really nice, compact machine. Not too heavy, nor too loud & does exactly as described. I put 3 thick envelopes through it in the video & it dealt with them no problem. It cuts really nicely into small pieces too. A really good buy for the cost.

Bought to replace old shredder which died after a long life of use. This is great and does the trick. I don’t need to shred as much nowadays but it’s handy to have for bank/personal documents. It can shred bank/credit cards too. I only put 2 sheets through at a time as it slows up with any more but this is not an issue. You are advised to oil the ‘teeth’ every month with basic vegetable oil or shredder oil to keep it in good condition. Easy to use. I am very pleased with this and would recommend it for home use.

Have had this for a few months now so I can give a good review. I have found this invaluable. It's easy to use, senses the papers well, handles 6 sheets well and also cards. The size is okay and I don't need to empty is much. The power of the shredding is also good, it doesn't struggle at all. I keep it under the my desk out of the way and but it can easily be kept on the desk if preferred. The only thing I have to note is that it's quite heavy! I was surprised how heavy it was! Also the papers do get caught in the teeth quite often. I removed them by running it without paper in both directions. If that doesn't work well, switch off the unit, and use tweezers to get at the pieces left behind. I have to add though, this *does not* impare the operation of the shredder.

I love this shredder, it’s had its work cut out and it’s still going without even flagging, unlike my others. It doesn’t jam and doesn’t fold the paper as it’s pulling the paper in, so that a few sheets become twice the amount, like others do. I would definitely recommend this and the seller. Good little shredder.Simple and easy to use. Decent power. Needed it to shred bank statements etc for occasional use at home.Good size that doesn’t take up too much space. It did jam a bit when I put a bit too much paper in at once but was able to clear it easily.Easy to line the collection box with a bag and collect the rubbish to reduce mess.Definitely suits for me for my occasional use but if you’re shredding frequently, I’d go for something more powerful.

A basic shredder for someone who just uses it for home and light use like myself. Very sturdy and not too noisy. Good value for money.
