Absolutely AMAZING customer service! When I received my lava lamp, the bulb that it came with, had a loose filament and it was not working properly. I emailed the company and received a response within five minutes. They sent me complementary bulbs at no charge. The lava lamp works perfectly now! I would absolutely order from this company again.

beautiful lamp, clear liquid, the lava flows nicely, it arrived a day early and i love the color. i will say i only rate 4 stars because the bulb it came with didn’t work so i did have to order some after the fact but its fine..it’s worth it!

Bought for my grand daughter, it was on her birthday gift wish list. She’s 10, so I figured she has plenty of toys and crafts projects. So I got her this, which she loved.

I bought this for my granddaughter for Christmas. She is really happy with it. I however own one myself and would recommend anyone purchasing this to use it with a smart plug or a timer. Because they don’t want you running it all day. I think it’s 6 to 8 hours at a time so a smart plug works great for me. Just my advice.

This lava lamp is nice, in that it actually works -the wax inside floats up, cools and then drops to the bottom, then repeats. The color is pleasing too. So, a product that does what it is supposed to do. So often these days, product quality is so poor, on the borderline of workable, all in the name of profit at the risk of an actual working product. You should be okay with this purchase as it is as advertises, a working product at a reasonable price.

Hi. I was very excited to purchase this item for my nieces birthday. Unfortunately, the coil ring will not stay in place. It also gets very hot to the touch and it’s not appropriate for a child’s bedroom.

Reminds me of my youth! These are so nice to watch and very relaxing. I gave a couple to my grandkids and they love them.
