I have very fine, thin hair and it is so easy to apply too much conditioner leaving my hair limp as well as fine and thin!! This conditioner is the best that I have ever used. I spray sparingly on towel dried hair that has only been shampooed, comb through and leave to dry naturally. It would be nice to use a hairdryer for speed and volume but I don't want to cause any damage to my hair. It dries very quickly and the conditioner leaves a pleasing smell. The condition feels good when the product is applied and my hair dries with a lovely shine.
